The tradition of the family company Eissmann is maintained by the next generation

For almost fifty years Jürgen Eissmann has been at the helm of his successful business. Now, at the age of 67, he is activating his long-term succession plan by stepping down from his position as CEO at Eissmann Automotive Deutschland GmbH from 31 March 2012. As from that date he has instead been serving on the Eissmann Group Automotive advisory board.

The long-serving managing directors Dr. Klaus Elmer and Norman Willich continue in their role on the Eissmann Group Automotive executive board. These two managers remain responsible for the same sections as before: Dr. Elmer heads up the Marketing & Sales, Technical and Production sections while Herr Willich is responsible for the Commercial Department. Dr. Klaus Elmer is Chair of the Management Board.

Claudia Eissmann and Silke Eissmann also moved to the Group's advisory board on 01 April 2012. Claudia Eissmann takes over as Chair of the Advisory Board.
