Eissmann GmbH was formed by merging the two previously existing firms Helmut Eissmann – Technische Entwicklung und Vertrieb and Jürgen und Volkhard Eissmann GbR.

Start of collaboration with Audi: first series order for leather gear knobs.

The companies were expanded by taking on employees and extending the premises.

1968

The company Jürgen und Volkhard Eissmann GbR, Entwicklung und Vertrieb von Autozubehör was founded by Jürgen and Volkhard Eissmann.

1964

The company Helmut Eissmann – Technische Entwicklung und Vertrieb was founded by Helmut Eissmann and his sons Jürgen and Volkhard in Seeburg near Bad Urach in the German State of Baden-Württemberg.
